Viewing player participation by round
See how many games each player played in each round across the whole season, plus a season total.
Overview
The Participation by round page answers a season-wide question the game detail page can't: across every game this season, how many games did each player play in each round? Where a game's detail page shows who played in that one game, this page totals participation across the whole season so you can spot who's playing a full slate and who's barely appearing.
Participation is recorded from the scoring side (the mobile scoring app), not entered by hand in League OS. This page reads those records and counts them; you don't add players here.
Opening the page
- From the league sidebar, open Schedule for the season you want.
- In the header, click Participation.
The page opens with one row per player and one column per round that has any recorded participation, followed by a Total column.
Reading the table
Each cell shows the number of distinct games that player appeared in for that round. A player who appeared in three different Round 1 games shows 3 in the Round 1 column.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Player | The player's name. Rows are sorted alphabetically. |
| Round N | Games the player appeared in during that round. A — means no games in that round. |
| Total | The player's games across every round, summed. |
A few things worth knowing about the counts:
- Added more than once counts once. If a player was added to the same game and round several times on the scoring side, that game still counts as one.
- Only this season. Games in other seasons never contribute to these totals, even for the same player.
- Deleted games and removed players are excluded. A game you deleted, or a player removed on the scoring side, drops out of the counts.
When there's no participation yet
If no participation has been recorded for the season, the page shows "No participation recorded for this season yet." instead of a table.
This is normal early in a season or before any game has been scored. Because participation flows in from the mobile scoring app, record players there — once games are scored, reopen this page and the table will populate.
