Viewing your shared assessments

See and download player assessment reports that your club's coaching staff have shared with you.

Overview

When a coach or club admin records and shares a player assessment with you, it appears in the Assessments section of the Member Portal. You can read the full report online or download it as a PDF.

Assessments are only visible once the coaching staff has explicitly shared them — a report that has been recorded but not yet shared will not appear in your list.

Opening your assessments

  1. Sign in to the Member Portal.
  2. From My Memberships, click the club you belong to.
  3. In the club dashboard, click Assessments in the navigation.

You'll see a table listing every shared assessment, with the following columns:

Column What it shows
Template The assessment template used (e.g. Speed & Agility Q1)
Player The player the assessment was recorded for
Date The date the assessment was conducted
Coach The staff member who conducted it
Session An optional session label (e.g. Week 3 trial)

If no assessments have been shared with you yet, the table displays an empty state message. Contact your club admin if you expected to see a report.

Reading a report

Click the template name in the table to open the full report. The report shows:

  • Player — name and date of birth
  • Assessment details — date, template, coach, and session label
  • Scores — each attribute scored out of the template's maximum, with a visual progress bar and any notes the coach added
  • Overall notes — free-text observations the coach recorded

No actions are available from the portal view — the report is read-only.

Downloading a PDF

From either the assessments list or the report page, click Download PDF to receive a formatted copy of the full report. The file is named assessment-<id>.pdf and opens or saves depending on your browser settings.

Viewing a child's assessments (guardians)

If your account is linked as a parent or guardian to a player in the club, their shared assessments appear in the same Assessments list alongside your own. The Player column shows whose report each row belongs to, so you can tell them apart at a glance.

To download a child's assessment PDF, click Download PDF on their row or open their report and click Download PDF from there.

Your guardian link must be active in the club's records. If a child's reports are missing, ask your club admin to confirm the guardianship is set up correctly.

Troubleshooting

  • The Assessments link isn't visible. Make sure your membership status is Active. Pending, suspended, or expired memberships cannot access the portal pages.
  • A specific report is missing. The coaching staff controls when a report is shared. The report exists but may not have been shared yet — follow up with your coach or club admin.
  • The PDF doesn't open. Try a different browser or check that your browser's pop-up blocker isn't preventing the download.
