Setting up Tickets Central

Complete the Tickets Central onboarding and configure your payment methods so you can start selling tickets in minutes.

Overview

Tickets Central lets you create ticketed events, sell tickets online, and check in attendees — all from one dashboard. The first time you sign in to Tickets Central, a short onboarding flow walks you through accepting the terms and choosing a display name for your organiser account. After that, you land on the dashboard and can create your first event immediately.

Step 1: Complete onboarding

When you first access Tickets Central you will see a Welcome screen. Read through the overview and click Get started to finish onboarding. This step is a one-time action — the welcome screen will not appear again for your account.

Step 2: Configure payment methods

Before you publish a paid event, decide which payment methods your attendees can use. Go to Settings in the left-hand sidebar.

Tickets Central supports three offline payment methods:

Method Default
Cash Enabled
E-Wallet Enabled
Bank transfer Enabled

Toggle any method off if you do not want to accept it. For each enabled method you can add payment instructions — these are shown to the attendee on the checkout page so they know where to send payment. Example bank transfer instructions:

BDO Savings — Account name: Riverside FC — Account number: 1234-5678

Click Save settings when done.

Step 3: Create your first event

With settings configured, go to Events → New event and fill in the event details. See Creating an event for a step-by-step walkthrough.

Edge cases / gotchas

  • Onboarding is per account, not per club. If your StatsCentral account manages multiple clubs, the onboarding only runs once — the first time any club on your account opens Tickets Central.
  • Payment settings are account-wide. The cash / e-wallet / bank transfer toggles and instructions apply to all events under your account, not per event.
  • Stripe is not yet available in Tickets Central. Online card payments via Stripe are only available through Club OS memberships. Tickets Central currently supports offline payment methods only.
