Uploading and inserting media
Add images to your league's media library and drop them into articles and pages from the editor.
Overview
The media library is your league's shared store of images. Upload once, then insert the same image into any article or page. Reach it from Content in the sidebar, then the Media button.
Uploading an image
- On the Media library, choose a file to upload.
- Enter Alt text describing the image. This is required — it's read aloud by screen readers and shown if the image fails to load, so it keeps your public page accessible.
- Upload. A thumbnail appears in the grid.
Uploads are checked by their actual file contents, not just the file name, so only genuine images are accepted.
Inserting an image into an article or page
- While editing an article or page, expand Insert image from media library below the editor.
- Pick an image from the picker.
- It's inserted into the body at your cursor.
You can manage the full library (including deleting images) from the Media button any time.
Deleting an image
Use the delete control on an image in the library and confirm in the dialog. Deleting removes the file from the library.
Edge cases / gotchas
- Alt text is mandatory. You can't save an upload without it — describe what the image shows, not "image".
- Deleting is permanent. If an image is already used in a published article, removing it from the library leaves a gap in that article — check before you delete.
- Images are league-scoped. Your library is private to your league; other leagues never see it.
